Kristi Bajer BSN, RN, started her home health career as an RN case manager. Over time she became the Director of Nursing, Administrator and most recently, Regional Director over 6 agencies in Texas. As a regional director, she facilitated four successful accreditation surveys by The Joint Commission. She created diagnosis specific programs for the top 30 day readmission DRG’s using evidence based practice and reduced her agencies readmissions by 70%. She assists agencies with external chart audits and Medicare appeals, as well as providing training and coaching on OperaCare implementation and building QAPI programs using data to drive success and protect agencies from government audits.

Carl Queton has been in marketing and sales for over 14 years, most recently working in post-acute healthcare and managed care technology for global home health, hospice, and private duty. This leadership roles with Complia Health, HHAeXchange, AlayaCare, and the Institute for Professional Care Education. This has led to Carl being an accomplished thought leader in the space, published globally and invited to speak across the country. As the Director, Sales and Marketing, Carl is responsible for the communications, branding, marketing, business development, and sales management for OperaCare.
